OB/GYN Physician Opportunity – Full-Spectrum Women’s Health
A progressive healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative team of experienced providers.
This full-spectrum OB/GYN opportunity offers the ability to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across outpatient, surgical, and hospital settings while working in a supportive environment focused on physician autonomy, innovation, and exceptional patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s health, patient education, and providing personalized care throughout every stage of life.
Job Responsibilities
Manage a full scope of obstetric and gynecologic conditions
Support a variety of birthing preferences including natural childbirth and medication-assisted labor
Perform gynecologic procedures and surgical services
Utilize advanced surgical technology including robotic-assisted procedures
Collaborate with anesthesia, pediatric, and multidisciplinary care teams
Educate and empower patients regarding treatment options and care plans
Participate in community health programs, outreach, and wellness initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
Strong commitment to comprehensive women’s healthcare
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing full-spectrum OB/GYN services
Surgical and hospital-based OB/GYN experience
Robotic surgery experience preferred
Interest in community-based healthcare and patient-centered medicine
