OB HOSPITALIST (Float Pool) - Locum Tenens – MINNESOTA

Opportunity

An established hospital obstetrics program is seeking an experienced OB/GYN for ongoing OB Hospitalist coverage. This is a high-volume, high-acuity environment with approximately 11–12 deliveries per day and strong support from Maternal-Fetal Medicine and ICU teams.

Schedule

• 24-hour in-house shifts: 7a–7a

• 12-hour shift options may be available

• Ongoing coverage

• Flexible scheduling

• Emergency temporary privileges may be available for clean files

Clinical Scope

• High-risk obstetric care

• Labor and delivery

• Antepartum and postpartum management

• Obstetric emergencies

• C-section assistance

• Urgent obstetric procedures

• Complex maternal cases

• Collaboration with MFM and ICU teams

Support

• In-house MFM coverage during the day

• MFM on call overnight

• ICU and anesthesia support

• OB providers and CNMs

• Level II nursery

• No resident supervision required

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN

• Trauma I or II experience required

• Minnesota medical license highly preferred

• IMLC required if MN license is not available

• BLS certification

• Clean, complete credentialing file

EMR

• Epic/Excellian

• Obix fetal monitoring
