An acute care hospital in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking a BC/BE OB/GYN for upcoming locum tenens coverage.
Located in the "Heart of the Verde Valley Wine Country". An easy trip from Phoenix—only an hour and a half drive. Old Town is known for its Main Street with over 60 businesses that attract visitors and support local residents.
Position Highlights:
- 24-hour shifts: 7 a.m.–7 a.m.
- October 9–12 and November 6–9
- Potential for additional coverage
- Inpatient OB/L&D setting
- Approximately 0–1 deliveries per shift
- Average callback of 2–6 hours
- Emergency obstetric care
- Labor & delivery and postpartum management
- Nurse Mid-Wife support
- Cerner EMR
- Travel and lodging reimbursement available
Requirements:
- BC/BE OB/GYN
- AZ license or IMLC eligibility
- DEA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical OB experience
- Current case logs
- Recent clinical activity required
- COVID and Flu vaccination required
- Credentialing approximately 30 days
