OB/GYN Physician - Surprise, AZ
Shift: Full-Time, (Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide full-spectrum obstetrical and gynecological care
· Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic women's health conditions
· Perform routine and complex gynecologic procedures
· Promote preventive care, health education, and wellness initiatives
· Coordinate patient care with specialists and initiate appropriate referrals
· Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
· Follow organizational, departmental, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
· MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
· Active or eligible Arizona medical license
· Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and ethical practice

· $100 per delivery
· $5 per clinic patient
· $50 per GYN surgery
· $12 per ultrasound report
· $1,600 per call, day after 10/month
