OB/GYN Opportunity in Scenic VermontStartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $425000.00 - $450000.00
An award-winning community hospital in scenic Vermont is seeking a full-spectrum OB/GYN physician to join its established women’s health team. This opportunity offers an attractive mix of gynecology, surgery, and lower-volume obstetrics, along with excellent compensation, generous time off, and a supportive practice environment.
Opportunity Highlights
- $450,000+ earning potential
- GYN-focused practice – Approximately 70% Gynecology / 30% Obstetrics
- Lower OB volume – Approximately 160–170 deliveries annually
- Established team – Join two employed OB/GYN physicians with experienced Certified Nurse Midwife support
- Dedicated administrative time – One day per week
- Loan repayment – $20,000 annually plus PSLF eligibility
- Generous PTO – 35 days plus 6 paid holidays
- Visa sponsorship – H-1B and J-1 candidates welcome
