Locums OB Hospitalist — Danville, Illinois
Candidate Requirements
- Specialty: OB/GYN Generalist
- Scope: Full-scope OB/GYN
- Practice: Inpatient and outpatient services
- EMR: Epic
- Experience with both obstetric and gynecologic care required
- Anesthesia: On-call anesthesia available
- Program Start Date: September 1, 2023
- Shift Length: 24 hours
- Block Schedule: 5 consecutive 24-hour shifts followed by 10 days off
- Clinic Coverage: Monday–Friday
- On-Call Coverage: Traditional evening and weekend call while on the 5-day block
- Housing: Provided within 20 minutes of the hospital
- Full-scope OB/GYN generalist services
- Inpatient OB/GYN coverage
- Outpatient clinic coverage
- Evening and weekend call during scheduled block
- NICU: Level II
- Baby-Friendly Hospital
- Neonatal Coverage: Available 24/7
- Annual Deliveries: Approximately 168
- Annual C-Sections: Approximately 36
- Average Hospital Deliveries: Approximately 19 per month
- Annual GYN Surgery Volume: Approximately 194
- EMR: Epic
- Anesthesia: On call
