Job description

Job description

Are you an OBGYN physician seeking to step away from high-volume, continuous call cycles and reactive care models? A premier concierge women's hormonal medicine practice is launching in Wellesley, Massachusetts in early 2027, and we are seeking an exceptional physician to lead patient care.

This practice focuses 100% exclusively on women's hormonal health, perimenopause, and menopause care. Designed around a low-volume membership model, you will have significantly extended appointment times (60+ minutes) and a low overall patient panel-giving you the time and resources required to deliver truly personalized, root-cause medicine.

Key Highlights & Practice Benefits:

  • 100% Outpatient Care: Zero obstetrics, zero hospital rounds, and no surgical call obligations.
  • Uncompromising Work-Life Balance: Strictly NO call, NO weekends, and NO holidays.
  • Low Patient Panel & Daily Volume: High-touch, deep-dive visits with extended face-to-face consultation time.
  • Focused Scope: 100% dedicated to women's hormonal wellness, perimenopause, menopause, and metabolic health.
  • Boutique Wellesley Location: Conveniently situated in Wellesley, offering a serene, high-end clinic environment.
  • Future Growth & Expansion: Ground-floor opportunity with clear leadership paths to help expand additional clinic sites as the practice grows across the region.

Position Requirements:

  • Board Certification: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN).
  • Mandatory Certification: Must hold The Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential (formerly NCMP).
  • Licensure: Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure prior to launch).
  • Clinical Focus: A strong passion for midlife women's health, individualized bioidentical hormone therapies and patient education.
