Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician – Janesville, WI | Hospital-Based OBGYN
Are you an experienced OB-GYN seeking a rewarding opportunity with a leading facility in Janesville, Wisconsin? - Start Date: 11/02/2026
- End Date: 05/03/2027
- Shift: 24-hour day shifts (07:00 – 07:00), combination of weekdays and weekends (preference for weekends; Fri–Sun)
- Scheduled Shifts: Approximately 21 shifts per month, including open shifts on 11/9, 11/10, 11/12, 11/16, 11/23, 12/14, 12/15, 12/17, 12/21, 12/30
- Hours/Week: Variable, based on shifts
- Employment Type: Temporary contract
- Licenses/Certifications: MD/DO, Board Certified, Wisconsin License or IMLC accepted, BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Experience: 1-2 years preferred in obstetrics, with routine labor management, C-sections, vaginal deliveries, postpartum rounding, and emergency gynecologic consults
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $2535.00

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive OB-GYN care, including routine labor and delivery management
- Perform cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries
- Conduct postpartum rounds and emergency gynecologic consultations
- Support staff collaboration across multiple sites including Janesville, Monroe Clinic, and others
- Support patients with limited high-risk obstetrics, including transfers for less than 36 weeks
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient records
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and emergency situations as needed
What You Need
- Valid MD/DO license, current Board Certification in OB-GYN
- 1-2 years of obstetric experience preferred
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP
- Willingness to cross cover multiple sites in WI, including Janesville and Monroe
- Knowledge of labor management, cesarean procedures, and postpartum care
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts and adapt to variable schedules
