A highly respected, established nonprofit health system is seeking an OB Hospitalist to join the region’s leading obstetric program. This is the communities maternity program of choice, with approximately 5,500 deliveries annually.
This is an opportunity for an OBGYN who enjoys being in the hospital, wants to focus on obstetrics, and is ready to leave behind the office schedule and traditional call model.
The Schedule
- 12 twelve-hour shifts per month
- Choice of Shifts - Day shifts: 7 AM–7 PM or Night shifts: 7 PM–7 AM
- Choose the shifts you like to work.
- No outpatient clinic
- No traditional call schedule

Compensation
- Earn as much as you want!
- 5% quality incentive
- Easy compensation potential of approximately $400,680–$461,160 (or more)
- $50,000 recruitment incentives
- $5,000 CME allowance
- Occurrence-based malpractice coverage so absolutely no tail required
- No non-compete means you are free to work where you want
