An established regional acute-care hospital is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician for locum tenens coverage.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OB/GYN physician interested in 24-hour call coverage, inpatient obstetrics, gynecologic consultations, deliveries, and surgical procedures.
Position Details

- Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a–7a

- Coverage: Inpatient OB/GYN
- Assignment: Multiple coverage blocks available
Clinical Responsibilities
The physician will provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN coverage, including:
- Daily rounding on admitted patients
- OB/GYN consultations
- Emergency department consultation
- Precipitous vaginal and C-section deliveries
- Gynecologic emergency management
- Diagnosis and management throughout pregnancy and postpartum
- Major and minor abdominal procedures
- Vaginal gynecologic surgical procedures
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Nebraska medical license or IMLC with active LOQ
- Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
- Clean malpractice history highly preferred
- Must be available at time of name clearance
- Current CV required
