Job description CHI Health Clinic Women's Health in Grand Island, Nebraska is seeking a full-scope OB/GYN physician for two holiday coverage blocks. November 20-29 and December 18-27. Physician resignation created the opening. Strong 24-hour call pay structure with average weekday callback of approximately 8 hours. 1:2 practice, Epic, ultrasound on site, credentialing at CHI Health Clinic and CHI Health St. Francis Hospital. NE license or IMLC accepted — no NE license? We will license you. Recent active OB experience is non-negotiable at this facility.

Job Responsibilities

Full OB/GYN clinic coverage including prenatal visits, annual exams, pap smears, pre-surgical exams, STI testing, birth control management, and OB scheduled visits. Labor and delivery coverage. Gynecologic surgery. After-hours call and city call. CNM backup. 12 to 15 patients per day in clinic, 60% GYN and 40% OB.

Qualifications

Board certified OB/GYN. Recent active OB experience required — gaps in OB support are a dealbreaker at this facility. NE license or IMLC. DEA required. Cover sheet, CV, and NPDB required at submission. Clean background required. Credentialing 60-90 days. Open to one physician or two splitting the date blocks.

Working Hours

November 20-29 and December 18-27. 8am to 8am, 24-hour coverage including call. Strong 24-hour call block pay with average weekday callback approximately 8 hours and weekend callback approximately 4 hours. Full travel covered: flight, lodging at Comfort Inn or Holiday Inn, rental car.
