• Locum OB/GYN opportunity at Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA
• Exact dates only — candidates must be available for the specific dates listed below
• In-house call with onsite call room
• Perform normal laborist duties and provide supervision/teaching to residents and APPs
• Patient population includes obstetric deliveries and minor GYN surgeries
• No C-sections required

Job Responsibilities
• Manage labor and delivery patients
• Perform deliveries and minor GYN surgical procedures
• Supervise and teach residents and APPs
• Respond to obstetric and gynecologic patient needs during call
• Maintain appropriate patient documentation and continuity of care
• Remain available onsite throughout the assigned 24-hour shift
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania medical license required; IMLC accepted
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• DEA registration required
• Must be able to complete hospital privileging requirements
• Application and supporting documentation must be completed and returned within 10 days of receipt
• Hospital privileging timeline: approximately 90–120 days
Working Hours
• Onsite call room available
• Physician may remain in the call room when not attending deliveries
• Physician may leave briefly for food while maintaining call responsibilities
