Client is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join our well-established and growing women’s health team in Morris, Illinois, approximately 55 miles southwest of Chicago.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into an established practice with immediate patient volume, approximately 600 births annually, a 1:5 call schedule, a flexible 4-day workweek, dedicated surgical time, and access to a brand-new da Vinci 5 robotic surgical system.

Job Responsibilities
Join an established OB/GYN practice with immediate patient volume, averaging 32–35 new patients per month. Physicians enjoy:
Flexible 4-day office workweek
Dedicated surgical block time
Brand-new da Vinci 5 robot with meaningful access to robotic surgery
1:5 call schedule at one hospital
$450/day call stipend
Approximately 50 deliveries per month and 600 births annually
Significant exposure to high-risk obstetric patients
Outpatient locations in Morris, Channahon, Ottawa, and Diamond-Coal City
Physicians must live in Morris and maintain a 20-minute response time while on call.
Family Birthing & Surgical Services:
Our Level II Perinatal Center Family Birthing Suite includes:
Dedicated operating room
8 LDRP rooms
4 NST/Triage rooms
Anesthesiologists and pediatricians available at all times
Experienced obstetrical nurses providing care throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
Prenatal education and support programs for expectant families
Qualifications
The practice offers a broad range of outpatient procedures, including:
LEEP
Cryotherapy
Colposcopy
Vulvar biopsy
Nexplanon placement
IUD insertion
Ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsy
Hysterosonography
Urology and GYN/ONC specialists are available by referral.

Dr. Douglas Toussaint, Dr. Andrea Chen, Dr. Victoria Ochoa, Dr. Mary Fitzgibbon, Dr. Leticia Setrini-Best, Dr. Yahaira Aramburo, and Heidi Miller, APRN.
Client maintains a tertiary affiliation with Loyola University Medical Center and strong referral relationships with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists for patients requiring a higher level of care. Candidates should be comfortable managing high-risk obstetric patients.
