Job description
We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a collaborative, team-based practice in Colorado. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care while building positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and support staff.
Position Highlights -
Full-time, permanent position
Sustainable schedule of 7 to 8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month
Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, OB triage, and gynecologic consultations
Perform emergent gynecologic surgeries and manage acute clinical issues
Practice in a 269-bed community hospital with approximately 140 deliveries per month
Collaborate with a Level II-B NICU caring for newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond
Work alongside experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) during every shift
Dedicated OB/GYN back-up coverage available
Fully integrated Epic EMR across the health system
Compensation & Benefits -
Competitive salary of $324,000 to $360,000 annually

Requirements -
Board Certified in OB/GYN, or Board Eligible within 0 to 5 years of residency completion
Colorado license or willingness to obtain one
Clean malpractice history highly preferred
Current NPDB Self-Query Report dated within the last 30 days required at presentation
Must disclose whether visa sponsorship, including J-1 or H-1B, is required
DEA required prior to start
