A Northern Michigan Hospital system is seeking OBGYN Locums Call Coverage beginning in August.Offering $5000/day, all-inclusive of on-call/call back hours.
- 8/25 @ 7am – 8/26 @ 7am
- 8/31 @ 7am – 9/2 @ 7am
- 9/3 @ 7am – 9/4 @ 7am
- 9/7 @ 7am – 9/9 @ 7am
- 10/15 @ 7am – 10/17 @ 7am
- 10/20 @ 7am – 10/21 @ 7am
- 11/3 - 7am – 7pm - will take 24-hour shift if available
- 11/12 @ 7am – 11/13 @ 7am
Cases/Procedures:
- Suction D&C
- Laparoscopy
- Read NST’s
- C/Sections
- Circumcisions
- Tubal Ligations
EMR and Dictation Tools:
- EPIC/Dragon
Requirements for credentialing:
- All Residencies & Fellowships must be ACGME Approved
- No large malpractice issues
- NPDB ran within the past 90 days required with candidate presentation
- Three professional references that have worked with the provider within 18 months
- Case/patient logs to show 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Case Log Requirements:
- Case/Patient Logs to show 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 month
o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:
- MI license preferred due to timeline
- Will consider IMLC
