OBGYN Opportunity – Southern California | $360K–$400K Base + Production

I’m working with an established OBGYN practice in Southern California that is looking to add another physician to its team. This is an opportunity to join a 7-physician group that shares call and delivers at the hospital, with only one physician currently based in the clinic.

The practice offers a competitive guaranteed salary, production-based earning potential, sign-on and relocation assistance, and eligibility for HRSA student loan repayment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $360,000–$400,000 guaranteed base salary
• Base compensation guaranteed for the first 2 years
• Transition to a 100% WRVU-based compensation model after the guarantee period
• Production incentives based on visits, surgeries and overall WRVU productivity
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance
• 4 weeks of vacation
• 1 week CME
• $3,000 annual CME allowance
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility

Practice & Clinical Highlights

• Join an established 7-physician OBGYN group
• One additional physician currently based in the clinic
• All 7 physicians participate in call and deliveries
• Combination of restricted and unrestricted call
• Physicians are expected to come into the hospital when needed; there is currently no hospitalist group
• Approximately 25–35 patients per day in the clinic
• Inpatient volume varies based on hospital census and delivery volume
• Robotics is not currently available, but the organization is evaluating the addition of robotic capabilities
• Established referral base and opportunity to build a busy practice
