What we are looking for:
- Board-certified OB/GYN with strong clinical experience
- Proven leadership and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to high standards in patient care and team collaboration
Our Site Director positions offers:
- $30,000 Leadership Stipend
- Competitive Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the MDO
- Foster collaboration between clinicians and hospital staff
- Oversee clinical operations
- Shifts: five or more shifts each month
- Traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed.
