OB/GYN – Norfolk, NE Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Position Overview • Full-time, hospital-employed position. • Practice in an environment that emphasizes quality care, physician leadership, and exceptional patient outcomes. • Opportunity to provide comprehensive healthcare services to women of all ages and throughout every stage of life. • Provide a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic services. • New Medical Office Building designed to support the continued growth of Women's and Children's Services. • Shared 1:3 call schedule, promoting a healthy work-life balance. • Join a busy, established program with approximately 900 deliveries annually. • Collaborate with experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support personnel in a team-oriented environment. • Access to modern facilities, advanced technology, and comprehensive specialty support. Compensation & Benefits • Guaranteed base salary. • Signing bonus equal to 10% of the base salary. Base salary plus: o Quality bonus o Production bonus • Educational loan repayment assistance. • Relocation assistance.
