Location: Tampa, FL.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and respected healthcare group in the Tampa area with more than 40 years of providing exceptional women’s healthcare services to the community. The practice currently consists of a collaborative team of five OB/GYN physicians, one dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife, and a part-time Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician, with plans for continued growth to six or seven providers.
The organization offers a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered obstetric and gynecologic care. The hospital is proud to offer a Level IV NICU, providing comprehensive support for high-risk obstetric care.
The practice has three convenient office locations, including two offices in Tampa and an additional location approximately 15 minutes away. Physicians are assigned to one primary office location and do not rotate between offices. The main hospital is conveniently located approximately five minutes from the office, with opportunities to participate in Da Vinci robotic procedures.
The practice also has access to two full-time maternal-fetal ultrasound technicians onsite, along with a full complement of specialists to support complex patient needs.
Position Highlights
- Full-time OB/GYN position joining an established and growing practice
- Collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians, CNM, and specialists
- 4.5-day work week with a half-day on Fridays
- Shared call schedule of approximately 1:4/5
- No backup call responsibilities required for the midwife
- Approximately 15 deliveries per month
- Strong surgical volume with access to Da Vinci Robotics

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients
- Manage prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic conditions
- Perform office-based procedures and surgical cases as appropriate
- Collaborate with OB/GYN colleagues, midwives, maternal-fetal medicine, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate and efficient documentation utilizing Epic EMR
- Participate in the continued growth and development of the practice
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with bonus structure
- Estimated compensation: $300,000–$350,000 depending on experience
- Additional incentive opportunity based on production, including $100 per delivery beginning in year two

- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
