We're seeking an OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) for a 6-month locum assignment in Vancouver, Washington.
📍 Position Highlights
- Location: Vancouver, WA
- Start Date: September 18, 2026
- Duration: 26 weeks
- Schedule: 3–4 24-hour shifts per month
- Flexible block scheduling available to accommodate travel
- Hospital coverage with potential for clinic coverage
- 24-hour call shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM
🏥 Practice Details
- Acute care hospital
- Approximately 50–75 deliveries/month
- Average 2–6 deliveries per 24-hour shift
- Adult female patient population
- Inpatient rounding and admissions
- OB/GYN procedures including C-sections and D&Cs
- Other OB/GYN providers available—not a solo practice
- Epic EMR
💼 Call Details
- 24-hour call shifts are generally not intended to be in-house, but providers typically remain onsite due to patient volume
- Occasional ED calls and hospitalist backup
- Call shifts may be blocked together based on provider preference
📋 Requirements
- OB/GYN MD/DO
- Active Washington license required
- BLS certification
- Recent case logs required:
- 100 OB patients within the last 24 months
- At least 15 C-sections
- At least 30 vaginal deliveries
- 50 gynecology patients
- Epic experience preferred
