We're seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN for a 26-week locum assignment with a Critical Access Hospital in Ketchikan, Alaska.
📍 Position Highlights
- Location: Ketchikan, AK
- Start Date: September 14, 2026 (ASAP start available)
- Duration: 26 weeks (ongoing extension anticipated)
- Schedule: Approximately 1 week per month (.25 FTE)
- Clinic: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: Weeknight and weekend 24-hour beeper call required
💰 Compensation
- Competitive Daily Rate
- Additional Weekend Call & Callback Pay
- All Travel, Lodging & Malpractice Covered
🏥 Practice Details
- Mix of clinic and hospital coverage
- Inpatient & outpatient care in the same facility
- Average 10 clinic patients/day
- 0–2 Labor & Delivery patients/day
- Full-scope OB/GYN care, including rounding and admissions
- Epic EMR
- Second OB/GYN available on call 24/7 for support

- Labor & Delivery
- Emergency OB coverage
- Clinic visits
- Hospital rounding & admissions
- First assist when needed
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN
- BLS Certification
- Alaska license not required at submission (must be willing to obtain before start)
- Recent case logs (last 24 months)
- Epic experience preferred
