## OB/GYN Hospitalist Opening | Fort Worth, TX Located in Fort Worth, Texas Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Full-time or part-time OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity in the Fort Worth, Texas area * Full-time schedule consists of 7.5 24-hour shifts per month * Part-time option available with a minimum of 5.5 24-hour shifts per month, while remaining benefits eligible * Join a busy Labor & Delivery program with approximately 1,924 annual deliveries * Hospitalists perform approximately 96 vaginal deliveries and Cesarean sections annually * Manage approximately 2,296 OB/GYN triage visits and 1,229 OB Emergency Department consults each year * Collaborate with in-house Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners supporting a Level II NICU * Work alongside Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists in the management of high-risk pregnancies * Responsibilities include obstetric triage, admissions, deliveries, inpatient care, OB emergency response, gynecologic emergency consultations, and surgical assistance during Cesarean deliveries * Provide care for unassigned patients and assist with private physician call coverage * Modern hospital utilizing advanced digital technology and Epic-supported clinical workflows * Active Texas license preferred for an expedited start * Visa sponsorship is not available ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Compensation of $135 per hour (approximately $292,000 annually for full-time schedule) * Potential sign-on bonus * Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates ## Job Qualifications * MD or DO * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology * Active Texas medical license or eligibility * DEA registration required prior to start * Clean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferred * Visa sponsorship is not available ## Benefits * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance * Life insurance * Short- and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) retirement plan with employer match * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) with 15% discount * Health Savings Account (HSA) * Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * Aflac supplemental insurance options * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ## Community Details Fort Worth combines the charm of Texas hospitality with the amenities of one of the nation's fastest-growing metropolitan areas.
