###Locums | OB/GYN | Weekend Call | Granbury, TX (TX License Required) ### Why This Role

  • Ongoing weekend-only call coverage
  • Approximately 9‚Äì10 call days per month available

Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Call Only Call Schedule: Primarily weekends (Friday noon – Monday 7:00 AM) Call Type: Beeper Call Ratio: 1:3 Response Time: 30 minutes Setting: Inpatient EMR: Athena / MedHost Credentialing: Approximately 30–45 days (temporary privileges available) ### Requirements Active Texas medical license Board Certified OB/GYN BLS Active DEA and standard hospital credentialing requirements Comfortable providing full-scope OB and emergent GYN coverage ### Clinical Details Inpatient OB and GYN call coverage Average: - 2–4 patient encounters - 2–4 admissions - 5–7 phone consults - Approximately 80% callback rate Required experience includes: - Vaginal deliveries - Cesarean sections - Breech deliveries - Multiple gestations - Abruptions - VBAC management - Operative gynecology - Laparoscopic procedures - Management of obstetric emergencies - Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations ### Facility Highlights Level IV hospital Approximately 630 deliveries annually 8-bed Labor & Delivery unit RN support during call Travel reimbursement available
