The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive OB/GYN services including prenatal care, deliveries, cesarean sections, gynecologic procedures, and general women’s health services.
This practice model includes collaboration with an experienced team of certified nurse midwives and dedicated clinical staff, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Position Highlights:
• Competitive salary package: $300,000–$400,000 based on experience

Job Responsibilities
• Manage patient care from initial evaluation through treatment and follow-up
• Perform deliveries, cesarean sections, and appropriate surgical procedures
• Provide preventive healthcare, screenings, and patient education
• Collaborate with midwives, nurses, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
• Participate in office and hospital coverage schedules
• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of accredited Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Ability to obtain hospital privileges
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience providing comprehensive OB/GYN care
Preferred Qualifications:
• Spanish bilingual skills
• Experience working in a community health setting
• Robotic surgery experience
• Experience working with mid-level providers or multidisciplinary teams
Working Hours
Schedule:
40–50 hours/week
1:6 call rotation
Night call from home
