PRACTICE OVERVIEW
- Full-scope OB/GYN — outpatient and inpatient
- Setting is 4 days per week. Option for blocked scheduling (7 on/off or 14 on/off)
- Shared call (1:5), balanced scheduling, and strong support systems
- Partnership Pathway available (No buy-in)
- Collaborative model with in-house MFM, APPs, and behavioral health
- AI scribe — reduce documentation burden
- Patient-focused, data-driven culture
- Your voice matters — friendly, collegial environment
- Busy providers average $600,000+
