Shift Details:

- Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: 12+ months with an ASAP start
- Schedule Details: Full-Time (5 days/week, 4 weeks/month). 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
- Patient Population/Case Load: 20 patients per shift; approximately 3000 deliveries per year
- Case Mix: Practice Environments: Outpatient Clinic, Hospital Operating Room (OR), Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and Limited Backup Hospital Call Coverage
- Trauma Level: Level 2

- License: An active Washington state license or an IMLC membership is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days
