Locums OB/GYN call coverage —Fort Morgan, CO.
Facility: 1000 Lincoln St., Fort Morgan, CO 80701.
Start: Aug 2026 dates available; ongoing begins Oct as schedules release.
Shift: 24-hour call, 7a–7a; 10–15 total locums shifts/month.
Needed dates: Aug 10–12, Aug 14, Aug 23–25, Sept 1–3.
Volume: Hospital call only; approx. 15 deliveries/month.
Setting: Call-only OB/GYN; no trauma/not rated; Epic EMR; RN support.
Rates: Daily call $3,000; callback $325/hr
Requirements: BC OB/GYN or true BE within 5 yrs; active CO license or IMLC LOQ; active DEA; BLS highly preferred.
Credentialing: 60 days standard; 30 days or less for temps; clean file eligible for emergency privs.
EMR: Epic modules + virtual training required before first day; preapp/full app due within 72 hrs.
Priority: Clean background/MP and Self-Query NPDB within 30 days required at presentation.
