A well-established Women's Health practice in Colorado is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN for a full-time locum tenens opportunity. This assignment offers a consistent weekday schedule, dedicated support staff, and a balanced mix of obstetric and gynecologic care in a busy, established practice.
Position Highlights
•Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday schedule
•8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
•1-hour unpaid lunch
•Full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE)
•Epic EMR
•Dedicated Medical Assistant support
•18-20 patients per day
•Mix of Obstetrics and Gynecology patients
•Temporary privileges available for qualified providers
•Reason for coverage: Departing provider
Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient Procedures
•Colposcopy
•IUD Insertions
•LEEP Procedures
•Endometrial Biopsies
•Ultrasound Interpretation
Hospital Procedures
•Hysteroscopy
•D&C
•Hysterectomies
Scope of Practice
•Full-spectrum OB/GYN care
•Management of both Obstetric and Gynecologic patients
•Interpretation of sonograms required
Requirements
•Board Certified OB/GYN
•Active Colorado License or IMLC with LOQ at time of submission
•Ability to perform all listed OB/GYN procedures
•Comfortable interpreting ultrasounds/sonograms
•Active DEA preferred
•Active BLS preferred
•Clean malpractice and background history preferred
Ideal Candidate
The ideal provider is a confident, clinic-focused OB/GYN with strong procedural skills and experience managing both obstetric and gynecologic patients. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a busy outpatient environment while delivering high-quality women's healthcare.
