Seeking three long-term locum tenens OB/GYN physicians for assignments lasting 12+ months with an ASAP start. The physicians will support a growing women’s health program across multiple care settings, including the outpatient clinic, hospital operating room, ambulatory surgery center (ASC), and limited backup hospital call coverage. Preference is strongly given to candidates who can work across all three areas, though providers must be able to cover at least two. Physicians will work alongside OB/GYNs, APPs, and certified nurse midwives, providing patient care, clinical consultation, and mentorship to newer providers. The ideal schedule is full-time (five days per week, four weeks per month), though a minimum commitment of two weeks on/two weeks off is acceptable.
Candidates must be flexible enough to transition between clinic and procedural responsibilities based on patient demand and may be required to leave clinic duties for urgent hospital coverage when on backup call.
