OB/GYN Physician Opportunity | Ohio | 2 Shifts a week
Permanent Position | Hospital-Based Role | $350,000 Annual Compensation
A well-established, community-focused healthcare organization in Cambridge, Ohio is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN physician to join their Women’s Health team. This unique opportunity offers a hospital-based role focused on providing OB/GYN expertise and surgical support for an established Certified Nurse Midwife program.
This position is ideal for an OB/GYN physician looking for a predictable schedule, strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit rural community.
Opportunity Highlights
• Hospital-based position with no outpatient clinic responsibilities
• Two 24-hour shifts per week (Wednesday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 AM)
• Collaborate with an experienced team of Certified Nurse Midwives
• Approximately 450 deliveries annually
• C-sections performed as needed, with high-risk deliveries transferred to larger referral centers
• EPIC EMR utilized
Compensation & Benefits
