A growing physician-led practice in Palm Springs, California, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join its collaborative team. This full-time employed opportunity offers a full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology practice with access to advanced technology, comprehensive women's health services, and the support of a multidisciplinary care team.
Position Highlights
Full-time, employed position
Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice
Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Average daily patient volume of 20–25 patients
Robotic surgery capabilities with two dedicated operating rooms
Twenty-five labor and delivery rooms
Level III NICU on-site
Dedicated on-site Laborist team
Access to neonatologists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and pediatric hospitalists
In-office ultrasound available
Clinic conveniently located near a major regional medical center
Qualifications
MD or DO required
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for or currently holding a California medical license
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $310,000–$450,000
Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and individual productivity
