A busy, physician-led practice in San Ramon, California, is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join its collaborative team. This full-time employed opportunity offers a full-spectrum obstetrics and gynecology practice with access to advanced technology, comprehensive women's health services, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights
Full-time, employed position
Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice
Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Average daily patient volume of 20–25 patients
Physician-led, collegial practice environment
Robotic surgery capabilities
CRNA coverage available on-site 24/7
In-office ultrasound
15 Labor & Delivery rooms and 3 dedicated operating rooms
Level II NICU with on-site neonatologists and pediatric hospitalists
Mentorship available for new graduates
Qualifications
MD or DO required
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Eligible for or currently holding a California medical license
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $310,000–$450,000
Compensation based on qualifications, experience, and individual productivity
