MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a full-time locum tenens assignment in Rockport, Maine. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed through December 2026, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent employed position.
Position Highlights
- Full-time locum tenens coverage
- Assignment through at least December 2026
- Combination of outpatient clinic and hospital call
- 1:5 call rotation
- Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
- Approximately 250 births annually
- Epic EMR
- Locums-to-permanent opportunity
The physician will provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including clinic visits, obstetrical management, deliveries, gynecological care, and call coverage.
This opportunity is located in Rockport, a coastal community in Maine’s Midcoast region. The practice provides obstetrical, gynecological, and midwifery services with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
