Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician to join an established, collegial women’s health practice at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – College Station.
The incoming physician will step into a well-supported practice with an established patient base, strong community demand, and the resources of Texas’s largest not-for-profit health system.
· Collaborative team of 7 delivering physicians and 5 APPs
· 1:7 at-home call with 24/7 laborist coverage
· Level III NICU and two dedicated C-section ORs
· Epic and DAX AI technology
· Mentorship and support for early-career physicians
· 401(k) dollar-for-dollar match plus 457(f)
· Up to $180,000 in Texas loan forgiveness
· CME reimbursement, generous time off, and relocation assistance
