We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to join our outpatient clinic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality women’s healthcare in a supportive, patient-focused environment without inpatient or hospital responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is committed to providing comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric care while maintaining strong relationships with patients and collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities
Competitive annual salary: Salary (based on experience and qualifications; negotiable)
Quarterly production incentive opportunity: Earn up to $4,100 per quarter based on performance indicators
Sign-on bonus available, if applicable
Relocation assistance available and negotiable
Retention incentive program:
Earn up to a 3% salary increase after the first year of employment
Continue increases until reaching the maximum salary scale
Lump-sum bonus opportunity after reaching the salary maximum
Professional Development:
Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance: $2,500 annually
Eligibility for HRSA Loan Forgiveness Program
