Full-Scope OB/GYN Opportunity in One of Washington’s Most Desirable Regions

Position Highlights

• Join 3 experienced OB/GYN physicians with dedicated support staff
• Full-scope practice including:
  • Outpatient clinic
  • Hospital rounding
  • Labor & Delivery
  • GYN surgical procedures
• Clinic schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Daily hospital rounding for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
• OR time available with dedicated surgical blocks
• Call rotation currently 1:3 or better
  • Approximately 7 call days/month
  • Approximately 75% likelihood of being called in
• Approximately 68 deliveries per month
• Recent delivery volume:
  • 638 deliveries in 2024
  • 607 deliveries year-to-date in 2025
• Must be comfortable with:
  • Vaginal deliveries
  • Cesarean sections
  • Hysterectomies
  • General GYN surgery
  • TOLAC/VBAC

• Robotics available
• Ultrasound, NST monitoring, and fetal Doppler technology
• Modern birth center designed for family-centered care
• 6 LDRP rooms and 11 postpartum/recovery rooms
• Dedicated ORs for cesarean deliveries
• Level II NICU/Special Care Nursery supporting infants born at 32+ weeks
• Collaborative nursing model focused on coordinated care for mothers and babies
• EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
