## OB/GYN Hospitalist Opening | Seattle, WA Located in Seattle, Washington Full-Time, Permanent ## Practice Overview * Full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist opportunity serving two hospitals in the greater Seattle area * Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care at two busy labor and delivery programs with approximately 7,800 annual deliveries combined * Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and community OB/GYN physicians with labor management, deliveries, cesarean sections, surgical assists, and obstetric emergencies * Manage obstetric triage, emergency gynecologic conditions, including ectopic pregnancies and ovarian torsion * Perform routine gynecologic procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy, while supporting emergency department consultations * Collaborate with an experienced Maternal-Fetal Medicine team in a collegial, physician-led environment * Opportunity to teach OB/GYN fellows, residents, and Family Medicine residents * Flexible schedule of 6–8 24-hour shifts per month, promoting excellent work-life balance * Strong opportunities for clinical leadership and medical education * Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates * Visa sponsorship is not available ## Compensation & Recruitment Package * Annual compensation of $285,120–$380,160, based on the number of shifts worked * $20,000 sign-on bonus * Relocation assistance available * Continuing Medical Education (CME) support ## Job Qualifications * MD or DO * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology * Washington medical license or eligibility * DEA registration required prior to start * OB Hospitalist experience preferred * Clean malpractice and licensure history strongly preferred * Visa sponsorship is not available ## Benefits * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance * Prescription drug coverage * Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * 401(k) retirement plan with profit-sharing * Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) * Short- and long-term disability insurance * Life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance * Paid sick leave * Parental leave * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Fertility benefits * Continuing education assistance * Employee discount programs and wellness resources ## Community Details Seattle offers a vibrant urban lifestyle surrounded by the natural beauty of Puget Sound, the Cascade Mountains, and the Olympic Peninsula.
