We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Ohio (OH) providing 24-hour call coverage in a hospital-based setting.
Coverage Dates
- August 13–17
- August 28–31
- September 11–14
- October 2–5
- October 16–19
- November 6–9
- December 23–26
- January 2–4
Position Highlights
- 24-hour call coverage (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
- Hospital ER/GYN and Labor & Delivery call
- No in-house call required
- EPIC EMR
- Must be comfortable performing C-sections and all OB/GYN-related surgical procedures, including scheduled D&Cs
Practice Details
- 2 Physicians and 5 CNMs on staff
- 40–50% GYN volume
- 1–4 GYN surgeries per day
- 15–35% C-section rate
- Newborn nursery coverage with no special care nursery
Requirements
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Active Ohio Medical License
- NRP and ACLS certifications
- Flu vaccination required
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
Credentialing
- 60–90-day credentialing timeframe
- Emergency temporary privileges may be available for providers with a clean background and active Ohio licence and DEA
