Opportunity Highlights
- Location: Grand Island, Nebraska
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic, Labor & Delivery, Hospital, Surgery, and Call
- Coverage Dates:
- November 20 – November 29
- December 18 – December 27
- Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
- Ongoing Availability: Additional coverage opportunities may become available.
Practice Details
- Join a collaborative 1:2 OB/GYN practice
- Provide outpatient clinic care, labor and delivery coverage, gynecologic surgery, city call, and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) backup
- Perform the full spectrum of standard obstetric and gynecologic procedures in both clinic and hospital settings
- Average callback hours:
- Weekdays: Approximately 8.2 hours
- Weekends: Approximately 3.9 hours
Resources & Support
- EMR: Epic
- Experienced front office and clinical support teams
- On-site ultrasound services
- Hospital privileges at a respected regional facility
- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 60–90 days
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
- Nebraska medical license or IMLC eligibility
- BLS, DEA, and NRP certifications required
- Recent obstetrical practice experience preferred
