Located in Fort Dodge, IA – Des Moines 95m; Ames 55m; Mason City 80m
Full-time; Permanent; Employed
Seeking BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology
H1B Cap-Exempt Visa Assistance; J1 Waiver Sponsorship
Overview:
* Join an established OB/GYN team serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communities
* Four-day workweek designed to support work-life balance
* Average patient volume of 18-25 patients per day
* Approximately 40 deliveries per month
* Shared call schedule with minimum 1:4 rotation
* One weekend of call per month and one weekday call per week
* Call response time of 20 minutes, with option to take call from home; sleep room available for in-house call
* Dedicated daily time reserved for labor and delivery, rounding, and cesarean sections
* 24/7 pediatric hospitalist coverage available
* Opportunity to practice in an established clinic and hospital with experienced clinical and administrative support
* Physician autonomy with flexibility to develop the practice according to individual preferences
* Fully integrated Epic EMR system for seamless care coordination
