OBGYN Medical Director opening in Fort Worth, TX
Located in Fort Worth, TX – Dallas 35m; Arlington 20m; Waco 90m
Full-time; Permanent; Employed
Overview:
* Medical Director opportunity combining clinical leadership with a full-scope outpatient OB/GYN practice
* Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including office-based and hospital-based gynecologic surgery
* Collaborative OB/GYN and Certified Nurse Midwife practice focused on delivering exceptional patient-centered care
* Serve as physician backup for a midwife-led model, co-managing complex cases and supporting evidence-based care
* Participate in 24-hour laborist call serving as backup to in-house CNMs while managing obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
* Lead the development and annual review of clinical policies, protocols, and patient education materials
* Partner with practice leadership on clinical operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and accreditation activities
* Provide clinical education, mentorship, and professional development for providers and staff
* Comprehensive multidisciplinary care team including LCSWs, lactation consultants, patient educators, and additional women's health specialists
* Innovative technology platform designed to improve patient engagement and provider efficiency
* Continuing medical education incorporated into the practice, plus CME allowance
