Overview:
* Join a modern, collaborative women's health practice providing full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care
* Practice includes comprehensive obstetrics, gynecology, and multiple venues for gynecologic surgery
* Patient-centered model emphasizing shared decision-making, wellness, and continuity of care
* More days off than a traditional practice with manageable call responsibilities
* 24-hour call shifts serving as backup to an in-house Certified Nurse Midwife laborist team
* CNMs provide 24/7 in-house hospital coverage, allowing physicians to focus on higher-acuity obstetric and gynecologic care
* Multidisciplinary support including behavioral health, lactation consultants, patient educators, and additional specialists
* Integrated technology platform designed to improve patient engagement and streamline provider workflow
* Dedicated time and support for continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
