OB/GYN | Texas Hill Country | $450K Guaranteed | 4-Day Schedule
Join an established OB/GYN practice in a regional independent hospital serving a growing community in the Texas Hill Country.
Position Highlights
- Join 4 OB/GYNs, 4 family practice OB physicians, and 1 neonatologist
- Advanced practice provider support in the clinic and assistance in Labor & Delivery
- Physician involvement in committee meetings with a meaningful voice in shaping the practice's direction
- Practice within a regional independent hospital rather than a large health system
- 2025 Women's Choice Award for Obstetrics, placing the hospital among the top 13% of hospitals in the U.S.
- Autonomy to provide patient care within a supportive practice environment
Schedule & Call
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Consistent operating room availability throughout designated practice hours
- Call radius includes the suburbs of Austin or San Antonio
Compensation & Benefits
- $450,000 guaranteed salary
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
