St. Bernards Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to join our growing Women's Health team in beautiful Northeast Arkansas.
This is an outstanding opportunity to build a traditional full-spectrum OB/GYN practice within a collaborative, physician-led health system while benefiting from the support of an experienced OB Hospitalist program that provides no traditional call. Practice at a 457-bed regional referral center serving more than 700,000 residents across Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri, with access to advanced technology, outstanding clinical resources, and one of the region's premier Women's & Children's programs.

Job Responsibilities
- Build a traditional OB/GYN practice focused on developing long-term relationships with patients throughout every stage of life.
- Provide routine and high-risk obstetrical care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services.
- Perform minimally invasive and robotic-assisted gynecologic procedures utilizing Arkansas's largest robotic surgery program, featuring five da Vinci robotic systems.
- Collaborate with the dedicated OB Hospitalist team, allowing you to focus on your patients while benefiting from no traditional call responsibilities.
- Work alongside experienced Advanced Practice Providers to deliver efficient, coordinated, and patient-centered women's healthcare.
- Partner with Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Neonatology, Pediatrics, Women's Health specialists, and Primary Care providers to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
- Practice within a regional referral center featuring approximately 1,845 annual deliveries, a 19-bed Level IIIA NICU, and comprehensive Women's & Children's services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers throughout a regional service area serving more than 700,000 residents.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record.
- Optional opportunity to participate in the education and mentorship of Family Medicine residents, Internal Medicine residents, and medical students.
