Board Certification / Eligibility

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN — REQUIRED
• 0–5 years of residency — REQUIRED

State License

• Colorado medical license — REQUIRED
• Candidates without a CO license must be willing to obtain one

DEA

• DEA required prior to start — REQUIRED
• No exemptions
• DEA status should be noted in the Additional Submission Details field

• 7–8 twenty-four-hour shifts per month
• Weekend coverage required
• On-call coverage required
• Sustainable hospitalist schedule

Seeking an OB Hospitalist to provide comprehensive in-house obstetric and gynecologic care in Pueblo, Colorado.

The physician will be responsible for:

• Labor management and deliveries
• Obstetric triage
• Gynecologic consultations
• Emergent gynecologic surgeries
• Management of acute obstetric and gynecologic clinical issues
• Collaboration with experienced CNMs on every shift
• Collaboration with dedicated OB/GYN backup coverage

• 269-bed community hospital
• Approximately 140 deliveries per month
• Level II-B NICU supporting newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond
• Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record
• Team-based clinical environment focused on high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care
