Candidate Requirements
✔ MD or DO
✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
✔ Eligible for an Iowa Medical License
✔ Current DEA and Prescriptive Authority
✔ Clean Malpractice & Background History
✔ Recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
✔ J-1 and H-1B Visa Candidates Welcome
