A respected independent community healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join its growing Women's Health program as a dedicated Ob/Gyn Hospitalist. This opportunity offers a highly desirable schedule, strong compensation, and an exceptional work/life balance in a supportive community-based setting.
Position Highlights
• Employed Ob/Gyn Hospitalist opportunity
• 7-on / 7-off schedule
• In-house presence not required throughout the night while on call
• Call coverage schedule:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Friday: Noon through Monday at 7:00 AM
• Approximately 161 annual shifts (23 working weeks per year)
• 2 weeks of vacation plus 1 week CME time
• Full scope Ob/Gyn Hospitalist responsibilities
• Approximately 550 deliveries annually
• Level II Nursery support
• Collaborative Women's Health team environment
Women's Health Team
Upon full staffing, the program will include:
• 2 Ob/Gyn Hospitalists
• 3 Clinic-Based Ob/Gyn Physicians
• 3 Women's Health APPs/Certified Nurse Midwives
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $340,000–$400,000
