* Join an established OB/GYN practice with dedicated clinic roomers, shared triage, and strong physician support
* Work-life balance with no more than 1:4 call and 24/7 OB Hospitalist coverage providing primary night and weekend support
* Outpatient-focused practice with full-spectrum OB/GYN care and procedures including colposcopies, IUD insertions, and biopsies
* Onsite lab services, adjacent hospital, ultrasound technician in clinic, onsite NST, and new bedside ultrasound equipment
* Cohesive and supportive physician group with flexibility to build the practice according to your interests
* Full-time position with dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling
* Integrated Epic EMR throughout clinics and hospitals to enhance care coordination

Comp/Benefits:
* Initial two-year salary guarantee of approximately $310,000-$465,000 with opportunity to exceed compensation and receive 100% of productivity upside
