A mission-driven community healthcare organization in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Lead OB/GYN Physician to provide clinical leadership while maintaining an active patient panel. This role combines women's health care delivery with departmental oversight and physician leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee OB/GYN department operations
- Supervise clinical staff and providers
- Provide comprehensive women's healthcare services
- Ensure compliance with clinical quality standards
- Participate in strategic planning and program growth
- Maintain patient care responsibilities
Requirements
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Active New York Medical License
- Active DEA Registration
- Medicare & Medicaid Enrollment
- Leadership or administrative experience overseeing providers and staff
