Join a physician owned OB/GYN practice serving Michigan's Upper Peninsula since 1975. This succession opportunity offers a pathway to partnership with four established physician partners, advanced surgical technology, and a balanced obstetrics and gynecology practice.

Position Highlights

• Balanced Practice: Approximately 50% obstetrics and 50% gynecology.
• Regional Referral Center: Exclusive affiliation with UP Health System Marquette, home to the region's only NICU.
• Maternal Fetal Medicine: On site MFM support through the University of Michigan.
• Subspecialty Interests: Opportunity to develop interests in menopause medicine, pelvic pain, or infertility evaluation.
• Surgical Technology: Da Vinci robotic surgery, laparoscopic, and hysteroscopic capabilities.
• Obstetric Responsibilities: Perform your own C sections and ultrasounds.
• In Office Procedures: Perform IUDs, colposcopies, LEEPs, biopsies, and hysteroscopies.
• Fertility Services: Provide IUI, ultrasound monitoring, and medication management.

Schedule

• Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• OR Time: Two designated OR days per month, including one robotic surgery day.
• Clinic Volume: Approximately 22 to 25 patients per clinic day once established.
• Call: 1:5 call rotation with a post call day off following each 24 hour call shift.

Compensation & Benefits

• Partner Compensation: $350,000 to $420,000+.
• Partnership: Typically offered after two years with a modest buy in.
• Benefits: Full family health insurance, 6 weeks PTO, retirement contributions, CME support, and malpractice coverage.

Teaching Opportunities

• Resident Education: Work alongside Family Medicine residents through the Michigan State University program.
• Medical Education: Participate in OB/GYN rotations and medical student education.
